Russ is very knowledgeable and explained his findings throughout the process. He explains building code requirements and why they are important for the long term condition of the home. His level of professionalism is above anyone we have ever worked with in having home inspections. We would highly recommend him!

This is the 3rd house that we've had Russ inspect over the past 13 years and he has done a great job each time. Russ has the technical expertise to do a thorough, professional inspection of the entire house and systems including interior & exterior features. I always find it very informative to observe the inspection and Russ takes the time to explain any issues in ordinary terms so that non-technical people can understand. His report at the end of the inspection documents any issues which is helpful for relaying information to real estate agents and sellers to mitigate any concerns prior to the expiration of the due diligence period. Russ also makes sure to document and point out the main shut offs for water & power which is important info to know for your new house.
